Open Question: Sprint/LG Musiq cell phone – How to clear ALL data?
I’ve got an LG Musiq from Sprint that I intend on recycling in the future, as I am no longer a Sprint member. I need to clear all the data from it, but the phone has a 4-digit lock code set on it that I don’t remember ever setting, so as a result I cannot get into the Security menu to do a full format of the phone’s memory. Is there a way to clear off the whole phone without knowing the lock code?
Open Question: What can I do with old mobile (cell) phones and mp3 players?
Hi all,
So I had a big tidy up today (hurrah) and stumbled across a couple old mp3 players and an old (and weird) phone. All these things are broken, so I can’t give them to charity. What can I do with them? Are there any useful/valuable/reusable parts that I can retrieve? If not, are there any places I can drop the things off at and they can recycle them?
Thanks,
Simon
Resolved Question: How do I recycle my old electronics?
I’m curious as to how I can be compensated for recycling an old Ipod I have and my old cell phone without going through a pawn shop.
